Founded in 1991, the Office of Academic Links (OAL) serves as the international relations arms for the University. The mission of OAL is to promote and facilitate the internationalisation of the University in its research, teaching and learning programmes so as to seek recognition for the University as a leader on the global stage and to nurture students to have a high degree of inter-cultural sensitivity, tolerance and a global perspective.
