CUHK in QS World University Subject Rankings
Eight CUHK subjects rank 1st in Hong Kong at the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2023.
CUHK’s academic strength in diverse disciplines is once again recognised internationally. In the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2023, eight CUHK subjects rank 1st in Hong Kong, and 13 among the top 50 in the world.
Among the universities in Hong Kong, CUHK takes first place in anatomy and physiology; anthropology; communication and media studies; nursing; pharmacy and pharmacology; philosophy; sociology; theology, divinity and religious studies. Ranked 16th worldwide, nursing is the highest ranked subject for the University.
