📢📢 [Call For Participation] APRU Student Global Climate Change Simulation (Internal Application Deadline: 10 May 2024)
The Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) is now inviting applications from undergraduate and postgraduate students to participate in the 4th Annual Student Global Climate Change Simulation (virtual) which will take place between August and September 2024.
The programme is a role-playing exercise in which students from approximately 20 universities will form multi-country, multi-disciplinary teams to play the role of delegates to the UN Climate Change Negotiations. An online simulation activity will be held using materials from the World Climate Interactive and the EN-ROADS simulation model. These live sessions will be supplemented with short lectures and materials developed and curated by the APRU experts. Students who have participated in all sessions will receive a certificate of completion.
Twelve CUHK students will be selected and receive full sponsorship to join this rewarding learning activity.

Programme Fee | Selected students will receive full sponsorship for participation in the programme.
Students will be required to pay a deposit of HK$1,500, which will be refunded upon successful completion of the progrmame. |
Application | Interested students should complete an online application form by 10 May 2024 (Friday). Twelve CUHK students will be selected to participate in the programme. Students will be notified of the result around early June 2024. |
