Skills and thrills at youth leadership forum
Sixty students participate in the TF-NTU Youth Regional Affairs Dialogue 2023.
Mr. Warner Wong, a Year 4 History student, joined the Youth Regional Affairs Dialogue 2023 under the Nanyang Technological University (NTU)-University Scholars Programme, a platform for university students in Asia to enhance their leadership skills and broaden their understanding of regional issues in the past summer.
Warner was grateful for the opportunity to connect with over 60 like-minded youth leaders from across Asia and insightful faculty facilitators at NTU. He was engaged in stimulating discussions related to the programme theme ‘Social Issues in the World of Trades and Jobs’.
‘Although it was an intensive 8-day programme, I thoroughly enjoyed the activities and sightseeing in Singapore. My group won the Best Presentation Award that concluded this extraordinary journey perfectly!’ Warner extended heartfelt thanks to the Faculty of Arts for nominating him, enabling his participation in this transformative event.
