CUHK student ambassadors in action abroad
Chin Cheuk Tam (in red tee) shares the college life at CUHK with students in Singapore.
With the easing of Covid restrictions, CUHK is re-commencing its physical outreach efforts at partners universities and drawing students back to Hong Kong and CUHK. In early February, OAL took part in such events in Singapore to promote our regular term-time exchange programme and summer programmes..
The promotion was impactful through the first-hand experience shared by CUHK students who are currently studying in Singapore. Chin Cheuk Tam, a Year 3 Accounting student and Youqi Wu, a Year 3 student majoring in Mathematics and Information Engineering served as our ambassadors during the fairs. They did not only share essential information of the programmes, but also their own stories of living and studying at CUHK, such as the college life and course information.
Apart from the CUHK ambassadors, Sandrie Lum, a Year 3 NUS student majoring in Business (Real Estate) enthusiastically shared her exchange experience at CUHK in the fair, where she also provided useful tips and best practices for her fellows regarding course mapping and credit transfer. Sandrie is a student ambassador of NUS and has shared her study abroad experience at CUHK in NUS social media publicity campaign.
