CUHK students who are passionate about sustainable development are encouraged to join the ULP.

CUHK will host the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) Undergraduate Leaders’ Programme (ULP) this summer as part of its 60th Anniversary celebration programmes. Themed ‘Leadership for Sustainable Cities Development’, ULP 2023 will bring together some 60 undergraduate students from APRU member universities, including CUHK, and empower them to become changemakers in pursuit of building sustainable, safe, resilient, and inclusive cities in response to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

CUHK students who are passionate about sustainable development are invited to apply for the programme. The selected students will join a global cohort of like-minded young talents to explore and tackle issues on sustainable cities, and serve as our ambassadors to show CUHK’s hospitality and introduce the local culture to their overseas peers. CUHK student ambassadors will be given a fee waiver and a remuneration of HK$3,000.

Application will close on 31 March. Please encourage your students to apply for the programme to be changemakers for solving urban and sustainability challenges!
